4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT.

- If an account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months with a positive balance, okvl may classify the account as dormant. Dormant accounts may incur a monthly maintenance fee until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
5 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

- Welcome bonuses on okvl are available only to new players making their first deposit. Each household, IP address, device, and payment account is entitled to one welcome bonus only.

6 Casino and Card Game Rules
All casino games, slots, card games, and live dealer games offered on okvl are powered by licensed third-party game providers. The following rules apply:
- All game outcomes on okvl are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical events (card deals, wheel spins, etc.).
- In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. okvl is not liable for interrupted gameplay caused by connectivity issues on the player's end.

- The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Detection of such software will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
7 Sports Betting Terms

- All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed — the final odds will be those shown on your bet confirmation slip.

Upon termination for a breach of terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited at okvl's discretion. If your account is closed at your own request without any pending investigations, your remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you through your registered payment method.
